I find it amazing how you can build a new shop and recruit the worst employees you can find to give advice to customers. They are not properly trained and no one cares what they are doing. I spent three hours to try to get four kitchen cupboards in the middle of the day when I was the only customer. I knew exactly what I wanted so in 10 min it should have been order finalized. When I realized that the young guy who was left there had no idea what he was doing I decided to leave and on my way out I asked for a manager. Al I’ve got was an A4 piece of paper to right down my complaints. It used to be so easy at the old shop they had in Saint-Ouen. I knew the guys working there because I was ordering materials all the time. A new system, a big failure. I can’t believe that someone got payed to come out with this new disappointing concept.

This is a big one, so you can find anything you want, I prefer it to IKEA sometimes because you find more unique and nice designs of for example lamps and wallpapers. They also have a self checkout point

It’s not that’s much big store . Always shortage of too many item . I went last for buying something . I asked them they you will get it next week . I went next week they said sorry still we don’t have the come next week . After then I went leroy merlin roser park 19em . I found what ever I am looking for . 19em is very big store and too many products.
